Some accounts may be onboarded through an early-access or founder-access process, with specific terms communicated directly at the time of onboarding.

3. Plans and usage

Synlumex AI Intel is offered under usage-based plans, as described on our pricing page. Plan limits, features, and pricing may be updated from time to time; current terms for your account will be communicated directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Synlumex AI Intel in good faith. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in Synlumex AI Intel, including its software, branding, content, and documentation, remain with Synlumex AI. You retain ownership of the project data and content you upload.

6. Limitation of liability

Synlumex AI Intel is provided on an "as is" basis, particularly during this early-access period. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. AI-generated estimates, plans, and quality assessments should be reviewed and verified by your team before being relied upon for financial or safety-critical decisions.
