When you sign up for Synlumex AI Intel or register for early access, we collect: full name, work email address, phone/WhatsApp number (if provided), company name, industry, job role, and information about your team and field-work needs.

Project and product data

When you use Synlumex AI Intel, we collect the information you provide within the product to deliver its features, including:

• Project details and scope descriptions
• Uploaded contracts, specs, and drawings
• Uploaded site photos and evidence
• AI-generated plans, tracking data, quality assessments, and audit reports

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Process registrations and account access
• Deliver the core product features (Work Intelligence, Tracking, Quality Intelligence, Audit Reports)
• Contact you about your account, demos, onboarding, or support
• Communicate updates about features, availability, and next steps

3. AI processing and model training

Your project data — including uploaded documents and photos — is processed by AI to generate the analysis, plans, and reports the product provides. Your project details are not used to train AI models.

4. How we store your information

Your information is stored securely in our Supabase database. We use Row Level Security and other access controls to help protect your data from unauthorized access. Each account's project data is isolated from other accounts.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with members of our team who need it to provide the product, evaluate registrations, arrange demos, or support onboarding.
